Set on the banks of Dong Chuong Lake around 100 km south of Hanoi, Trang An Golf & Country Club is an exclusive, 18-hole championship course that plays through a mature pine forest offering magnificent views of limestone karst peaks that dot the area. An enjoyable medium-length layout kept in impeccable condition, it features generous tree-lined fairways, abundant water hazards and elevation changes, and no less than 96 bunkers. In addition to the main championship course, there's also an 18-hole par-3 course for those wishing to sharpen their short game.
Impressively, the country club boasts it own private air taxi to fly people in from Hanoi, replacing a long drive with short 30-minute ride in a seaplane that lands on the river.
The upscale clubhouse includes luxurious locker rooms, jacuzzi, an excellent restaurant with a wine cellar, and outdoor patio area. There's also a smaller secondary clubhouse with children’s play, educational area, two tennis courts and a swimming pool.
